• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

New Zealand

• Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days from dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and your location within New Zealand.

Customs & Duties (New Zealand orders):

• All prices are listed in AUD and do not include any New Zealand customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply on arrival.
• Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by New Zealand customs or the delivery courier, not Spy Baby.
• Please check with New Zealand Customs if you'd like to understand potential charges before ordering.

Order Tracking:

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. International tracking may update less frequently than domestic tracking once the parcel leaves Australia.

If you don't receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our customer care team at info@spybaby.com.au.

Delivery Information:

• All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Spy Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• Couriers may require a signature upon delivery unless you authorise "Authority to Leave" at checkout. If authorised, Spy Baby cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Authority to Leave may not be available for all New Zealand deliveries.

Delays or Missing Deliveries:

While we always aim for fast delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or peak periods. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with the courier promptly.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to New Zealand only, in addition to Australia. We are not offering shipping to other international destinations at this time.
